are free to go about your day while we begin the
transformation. The room is emptied so that we can assess
the architectural elements and determine the focal point.
Using professional redesign principles, the furniture is
placed in a way that best highlights the assets of the
space. Lighting and artwork are chosen and accessories
are placed to create a warm, inviting look. When you
return home, you will be delighted with your beautiful
‘new’ room. A typical redesign takes 3-4 hours.
$200 per room (less than the cost of a new chair!)

We

will tour your property and suggest changes that will
present your home in the most flattering light. A written
checklist will be provided, along with helpful suggestions
and expert advice on what you can do to make the first
impression count. Average time for a walk-through is 1-2
hours depending on the size of your home.

have shown that “staging” your home will result in a
higher sales price and decrease your home’s time on the
market. Arranging the furniture and lighting to enhance
the space, using only well-chosen accessories and
eliminating clutter will make your home appear spacious,
comfortable and inviting. Prospective buyers will feel
welcome, making it easier to visualize themselves living
in the home.

Moving
into a new home can be stressful. With so much to do,
it’s difficult to know where to start. We can help
relieve the stress by working with the movers on placement
of the largest pieces while you begin the unpacking
process. We will arrange your furniture to accentuate the
architecture of your new space and creatively place your
artwork and accessories. In a matter of days, you can be
enjoying the beauty and comfort of your new home.

accessories for your room so that you don’t waste valuable
time and money. Together, we will discuss your needs and
set a budget you are comfortable with. I will then search
for the perfect items to complete the look of your room.
